Anna University, Chennai - has released a circular regarding the commencement of first semester examination through the controller of examinations.

CIRCULAR
The first semester UG/PG Examinations of Anna University Chennai will commence from 19th January 2009. Since the number of candidates appearing for the I-semester PG examinations is meagre in zones 6 to 10, the examinations will be conducted for the candidates studied in
zones 6 to 10 in the following centres only.

3 8 813: Oxford Engineering College, Trichy.

4 9 901: Alagappa College of Engineering andTechnology,Karaikudi.

5 10 974: Government College of Engineering,Tirunelveli.

Also the GE2111 Engineering Graphics examinations for the B.Sc. Candidates admitted into the B.E./B.Tech. Programmes under Lateral Entry, and the examinations for the candidates readmitted under different regulations due to clash in time table in zones 6 to 10 will be conducted in the above centres only.
